AICreditFly™ provides AI-assisted credit education, dispute drafting, score-simulation, and communication-automation tools. AICreditFly™ is not a law firm, not a credit-repair organization as defined by the federal CROA in all jurisdictions, not a debt-settlement company, not a lender, not a credit-counseling agency, and not a credit-reporting agency. We do not provide legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice.

Credit outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, accuracy of underlying tradelines, creditor and bureau responses, and consumer behavior. We do not guarantee removal of any item, score increase, loan approval, interest-rate reduction, settlement, or any specific outcome.Any score projections, simulations, or estimated timelines shown in the product are illustrative educational models — not promises of future results.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in during signup, account verification, or communication-preference setup, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from AICreditFly™ at the number provided, including messages sent via an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or pre-recorded voice. These messages may include:

• account creation, login, and two-factor authentication codes;
• dispute status, bureau response notifications, and outcome updates;
• credit-monitoring alerts and score-change notifications;
• AI voice-agent call summaries, callbacks, and negotiation outcomes;
• billing, renewal, and account-security notifications;
• onboarding, educational tips, and feature announcements.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan. AICreditFly™ and our messaging providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.

This program operates under A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) registration in accordance with U.S. carrier and CTIA guidelines, and complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA, 47 U.S.C. § 227) and applicable state consumer-communication laws.

Opt-out: You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOPto any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you re-subscribe. Help: Reply HELP for support, or email support@aicreditfly.com.

Supported carriers include (but are not limited to) AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and Google Fi. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

AICreditFly™ does not sell, share, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or text-message content to any third party, affiliate, or partner for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared for advertising or promotional use under any circumstance. Limited sharing with sub-processors (e.g., our SMS messaging vendor, telecom carriers, and identity / fraud-prevention providers) occurs solely to deliver the service you requested.

Our optional AI Voice Agent feature places automated calls to creditors, collectors, or service providers at your direction and with your authorization. By enabling this feature, you appoint AICreditFly™ as your limited communications agent for the specific accounts you select. Calls may be recorded for quality, training, and compliance in accordance with applicable one-party or two-party consent recording laws of the jurisdiction in which the call originates.

The Premium tier includes 150 voice-agent minutes per billing cycle. Usage beyond that allotment is billed at $0.35 per minute, rounded up to the nearest minute. The AI Voice Agent does not constitute legal representation and outcomes are not guaranteed.

When you connect your credit profile, you authorize AICreditFly™ and its credit-data partners to obtain your consumer credit report from one or more nationwide consumer reporting agencies via a soft inquiry that does not affect your credit score. This authorization is governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.).

When you generate a shareable read-only link to your credit snapshot, you alone control who receives it. By sending the link to a realtor, lender, family member, or other party, you voluntarily disclose the snapshot data to that recipient and release AICreditFly™ from liability for the recipient’s subsequent use or redistribution of the link. You may revoke any shared link at any time from your dashboard.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing billing@aicreditfly.com. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under their published Terms.

AICreditFly™ makes commercially reasonable efforts to display accurate credit, tradeline, and account information sourced from third-party bureaus and data providers. We cannot guarantee that all data is current, complete, or error-free. You are responsible for verifying any material information before relying on it for a financial decision.
