Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AICreditFly™ website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Iridescent Investment Holdings LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Disclosures.

1.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you submit is true, accurate, and your own.

2.Nature of the Service

AICreditFly™ provides AI-assisted credit-education, dispute drafting, score-simulation, monitoring, and communication-automation tools. AICreditFly™ is not a law firm, lender, credit-reporting agency, debt-settlement company, or credit-counseling agency. Information provided by the Service is for educational purposes only and is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

3.No Guarantee

We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any specific item will be deleted, that your credit score will increase by any amount, that any creditor will agree to a settlement or rate reduction, or that you will be approved for any loan or product.

4.Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically. The Premium plan includes 300 AI-Voice-Agent minutes per billing cycle; additional minutes are billed at $0.35/min. You may cancel any time from your dashboard or by emailing billing@aicreditfly.com. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

5.Authorizations

By using the Service you authorize AICreditFly™ to (a) obtain your consumer credit file via soft inquiry; (b) generate, on your behalf and at your direction, dispute correspondence to credit bureaus, furnishers, and collectors; and (c) place automated voice or SMS communications to creditors that you specifically designate. You may revoke these authorizations at any time.

6.Acceptable Use

You will not use the Service to (a) submit false or fraudulent disputes; (b) impersonate another person; (c) reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; (d) violate any applicable law including the FCRA, FDCPA, TCPA, or CROA.

7.Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRIDESCENT INVESTMENT HOLDINGS LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9.Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court.

10.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Iridescent Investment Holdings LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11.Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
