Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Iridescent Investment Holdings LLC, operator of AICreditFly™ (“we,” “us”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information. This Policy supplements our Terms and Disclosures.

Information We Collect

  • Identity & contact: name, email, phone, mailing address, date of birth, SSN (for credit-pull authorization).
  • Credit data: tradelines, balances, inquiries, scores, and dispute history obtained via soft inquiry.
  • Account & device: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, log data.
  • Communications: SMS opt-in status, AI Support Agent chat transcripts, support messages.
  • Payment: handled directly by Stripe, Inc.; we do not store card numbers.

How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service;
  • Generate dispute correspondence and AI Support Agent follow-ups at your direction;
  • Authenticate you, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations;
  • Send service, billing, security, and (with consent) educational communications.

Mobile Information — No Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, share, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, or text content to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared for advertising or promotional use under any circumstance. Limited sharing with sub-processors (SMS carrier aggregators, identity verification, fraud prevention) occurs solely to deliver the service you requested.

Opt-in: You provide express written consent by entering your mobile number and checking the (never pre-selected) consent box on our text alert sign-up form, or by texting FLY to our AICreditFly number and replying Y to confirm.

Message frequency: You will receive up to 6 messages per month; frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP at any time to cancel. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

When We Share Information

We share only with: (a) sub-processors under contract (e.g., Stripe for payments, our SMS aggregator, credit-data partners, cloud hosting, identity verification); (b) credit bureaus and furnishers to execute disputes you authorize; (c) law enforcement or regulators when legally required; (d) successors in a merger or acquisition.

Data Security

We use bank-grade encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), least-privilege access controls, and continuous monitoring. No system is 100% secure; you are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active plus the period required by law (for credit and financial records, typically up to 7 years).

Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence (e.g., California CCPA/CPRA, Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA), you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal information, and opt out of certain processing. Submit requests to privacy@aicreditfly.com.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
